From 29 July to 1 August 2026, ZenPro proudly participated in ARCHIDEX 2026 at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur, joining the industry’s leading architects, designers, developers, and workplace professionals. Celebrating its 25th edition under the theme “The Bold Future”, this year’s exhibition focused on how design, technology, and sustainability are redefining the spaces where we live and work.
For ZenPro, ARCHIDEX 2026 was more than an exhibition. It was an opportunity to demonstrate how thoughtfully designed workplace solutions can support the evolving needs of modern organizations while strengthening partnerships with globally recognized brands.
A Collaborative Showcase
This year, ZenPro collaborated with Steelcase, Interface, and Neat to create an integrated workplace environment that combined furniture, acoustic privacy, flooring, and collaboration technology into one cohesive experience.
Visitors were invited to experience how these solutions work together to create workplaces that are more productive, flexible, and people-cantered.

Chatter Pod
Our Chatter Pod was presented with an integrated sofa seating configuration, offering users a comfortable and acoustically private space for phone calls, virtual meetings, and focused work. Chatter Pod X
For collaborative discussions, the Chatter Pod X showcased a meeting pod solution that enables teams to brainstorm, hold video conferences, and conduct discussions without disrupting the surrounding workspace. Flow Nook
Flow Nook creates a comfortable semi-privacy space for focused work, reading or even just being idle. Designed with hospitality-inspired comfort, it balances privacy, wellbeing and modern aesthetics to support today’s flexible work environment.
Flow Pod 2-Seater
Enhanced with locally inspired fabrics and finishes, the Flow Pod-2 seater creates the unique identity and character that blends in harmoniously to the surroundings. It transforms a functional workspace into a meaningful environment that reflects community, culture and strong sense of place.
Hana Table
Complementing the workspace setting was the Hana Table, designed to bring warmth and character into collaborative spaces. Its clean design and refined detailing make it suitable for meeting areas, cafés, breakout spaces, and informal discussions.
Smart Locker
As flexible working becomes more common, personal storage solutions are becoming increasingly essential. Our Smart Locker provides secure and efficient storage while supporting hot-desking and activity-based working environments.
Featuring Steelcase Workplace Solutions
As an authorized Steelcase partner, ZenPro also showcased several of Steelcase’s latest workplace innovations.
Steelcase Karman
The Steelcase Karman attracted strong interest for its innovative performance mesh, ergonomic support, and exceptional seating comfort. Designed to move naturally with the user, it represents a new generation of ergonomic seating for modern workplaces.
